Delivery info

We process and ship orders as quickly as possible to ensure you receive your items without delay. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. While shipping times may vary, we’re committed to getting your order to you safely and efficiently.

  • Store Collection

    Orders can be picked up daily from 5.15pm. We just ask for notice prior to collection. An email will be sent when your order is ready for collection. Our address is: Unit 6, The Springboard Centre, Mantle lane, Coalville LE67 3DW

  • Delivery

    Please allow a full working day to process your order. Expect an email within 48 hours to let you know your order is on the way! Please allow 2 - 4 working days for your delivery once dispatched.
