Creatine has spent years living at the bottom of gym bags in a cloud of white powder. We thought it deserved a better life.
Per4m Lemon Sherbet Fizz Creatine Gummies put 1g of creatine monohydrate into each sweet-shop-inspired gummy. Chew three and you’ve got the full 3g daily serving, without weighing powder, filling a shaker or finding half of it stuck to the kitchen worktop.
With a zesty Lemon Sherbet Fizz flavour inspired by the sweets you already know and love, they make taking creatine feel less like another job on the list. Each tub contains 75 gummies, giving you 25 daily servings that are easy to keep at home, in your desk drawer or tucked into your gym bag.
Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3g creatine, which is exactly what one serving provides.¹
Gummies are convenient, but the creatine inside still needs to hold up. Creatine can gradually degrade over time when exposed to moisture, heat and certain acidic conditions, which is why stability testing matters.
Per4m Creatine Gummies are independently lab tested to verify purity, quality and potency throughout their 24-month shelf life.²
